I offer personalized aromatherapy consultations to address any concern, related to skin, hair, wellness, stress, sleep, or hormonal balance. During your session, I’ll guide you and create custom products tailored specifically to your needs.

• Price: €30 per session (custom products priced separately)

1. Am I certified?
Yes! I’m a certified aromatherapist and my business is officially registered (gewerblich).
2. Are your products lab-tested?
No — these are handmade, small-batch products. Lab testing is not standard for small-scale, natural skincare.
3. Are the ingredients safe?
Absolutely. All ingredients are natural, skin-friendly, and commonly used in kids and sensitive skincare. Ingredients are listed for every product.
4. What if I have allergies?
Always check the ingredients. For extra safety, do a patch test: apply a small amount on the inner elbow 24 hours before use.
5. Can I face legal problems buying from you?
No — buying is completely legal. My business is registered and all products are handmade within legal limits.
6. Custom Orders / Questions
I can make custom products for skincare, hair care, wellness, or small gifts. Feel free to ask about ingredients or what’s best for your needs.
7. Pricing & Shipping
Products are priced according to ingredients and care. Orders over 50 € get free shipping.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Products:
Due to the nature of wellness and health products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for purchased products.
Services (Massage & Consultations):
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable. Please note that rescheduling is not available at the same price.
