3. Health Disclaimer (Important)

Massage and aromatherapy services are not medical or therapeutic treatments.
By booking a session, you confirm that:
You do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation
You will inform us in advance of any health concerns, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities
Healing Aromas is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

4. In-Home Massage Sessions

For in-home sessions:
A safe, calm, and respectful environment must be provided
Healing Aromas reserves the right to refuse or end a session if the environment feels unsafe or inappropriate
Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
Your comfort and safety , and ours , are essential.

For Wellness massage, the practitioner may vary depending on availabity.

5. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be booked in advance
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
Healing Aromas reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

6. Products & Orders

All products are handcrafted in small batches
Slight variations in color or scent may occur and are normal
Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of aromatherapy products:
Opened or used products cannot be returned
Refunds are only possible for damaged or incorrect items upon delivery
Please contact us within a reasonable time if there is an issue with your order.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise
Payments must be completed before products are shipped or services are provided
Healing Aromas reserves the right to change prices at any time.
